Did anyone else catch the Baltimore officer that was on Hannity last night say that the preliminary toxicology screen said there was heroin and marijuana in Freddie’s system?

I wonder if he was dealing on the corner and ate the heroin during the foot chase? He probably knew if he dumped it, they could backtrack his route and find the drugs.
