‘rattling about’ is not the same as ‘throwing himself around the back of the van’

it’s now considered murder because the guy wasn’t belted in and then threw himself around the van??

if a mother doesn’t belt her kids into a seat, can she be charged for attempted murder?

kangaroo court convened by a lynch mob.

enjoy your liberal city. say hi to detroit as you pass

Yes, if her child dies as a result, she could be faced with
involuntary manslaughter, vehicular homicide, or similar charges.
There are many such cases on record.

If nothing happened to the child, but the mother is pulled over for a traffic stop, she would be immediately charged with child endangerment. The child would go to child protective services and she would be jailed.
