Diversity = Everyone thinks exactly alike on all issues according to edicts laid down by official Leftist Thought Policies. Leftist Thought Policies are not open to discussion or debate and anyone who questions them are anti-Diversity.

It really had no old definition. It means "from each his means to each his needs". But "each" does not get to decide what is "means", "needs" or who gets to be on the receiving end.
This word is a communist slogan. As if wealth was distributed by some mean old god unfairly and needs to be re-distributed.
