So are we at a point, in which ANY altercation between police and a suspected criminal who is black, is automatically considered to be racism and/or excessive use of force, and/or denial of constitutional rights of the black suspect??? Have we gotten to the point where police will be afraid of dealing with black suspects unless they can be sure they can defend themselves in a court of law for every action?
