Washington wants to spend more.
Just four years ago, the nation's rapidly expanding debt was seen as Washington's number one crisis.
When House Republicans took the majority in 2011, they made it their overarching mission to rein in spending. Together with the White House, they agreed to limit spending for the next decade by the use of budget caps. Now those spending ceilings are unpopular with members of both parties.

We are spending almost a trillion a year in imaginary money and our political “leaders” can’t even find the will to slow down the increase in spending much less reign it in. There’s a hard rain gonna fall.

Maybe, but probably more like hail from hell.
ACORN spinoffs need more cash.
As much as I’d like to blame the Uniparty, when clear majorities of low-info Americans keep telling pollsters that they want the government to go on trying to solve all their problems for them, it’s clear to see where the blame lies.
Most Federal agencies are self-eating watermelon and need their budgets cut in half.
They invent problems to “manage”, to expand their influence, empires, and control.
Thw major problem is not the long fall down, down, down.
It’s the crash when we hit the bottom.
But don’t be concerned about congress, the president, SCOTUS and thousands of their staff and family members.
Thanks to us taxpayers they have safe refuge waiting for them in various bunkers with stockpiles of food and necessities to last 30 years or more.
What Difference Does it Make!?
They are all addicted to Tax Payer Cash!
We see this time and again. And yet when November 2016 rolls around, people will form lines across the country to pick their preferred evil.
