The number of arrests made by Baltimore police in May has plummeted as shootings and homicides have dramatically increased.
Data from the US city shows that officers are making about 45% fewer arrests than comparable times in previous years.
Meanwhile, local media have reported that May has turned out to be the deadliest month in the city since 1999.

The police ought to sit in their stations and study the diversity handbooks authored by the Black Studies professors infecting universities from sea to shining sea.

Absolutely. Bring in the community organizer brigade. The police also need to spend more time in diversity training so they can “check their privilege.” Maybe the cops will bring those training materials on the street and consult them frequently.
Everyone will be happy. The police will pretend to do their jobs, and the local populace will respond accordingly.
