Well you screwed up your end, Denny.

Now the Vic is free to lay it on the line.

“This does lend credence to our suspicions that DC pols are being bribed.”

Sibel Edmonds has been saying that for years. Dennis was compromised by Turkish Intelligence services. He was on the pad.

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/brad-friedman/fbi-whistleblower-hastert_b_277704.html

From the above article:
“In this first break-down article, we'll look at the answers given by Edmonds during her deposition in regard to bribery and blackmail of current and former members of the U.S. Congress, including Dennis Hastert (R-IL), Bob Livingston (R-LA), Dan Burton (R-IN), Roy Blunt (R-MO), Stephen Solarz (D-NY), Tom Lantos (D-CA, deceased) and an unnamed, currently-serving, married Democratic Congresswoman said to have been video-taped in a Lesbian affair by Turkish agents for blackmail purposes”

” anything less is perfectly legal.”

“Structuring” is legal term that means when people do things in increments just under $10,000 to avoid having to report.
I had no idea withdrawals were covered; thought it was just deposits.

But you knew what I was referring to.

It was a tragedy for Paterno.

Certainly hope it was nothing like that but what else that happened 30 years ago, before his first elections, would drive a $ 3.5 payoff?

Tell me who did. I’ll give it up when you do.

I reject your premise.

It was Paterno's program, rotten to the core. He knew, everyone knew; football took precedence, protected at all costs.

The fact that no 'trier of fact' found anything is laughable– they were investigating themselves.

My grandmother kept money in the bottom of her freezer. She kept the key safety pinned to the inside of her shirt. Great depression made her that way.

Hastert served eight years as speaker, and just over 20 as a member of the House, ‘representing a suburban Chicago district’..... He was a former high school teacher and wrestling coach.

Fact he was representing a Chicago District is revealing in itself.

As far as withdrawals and deposits, it’s why they use the word “transactions” in the statute (31 USC 5324). It even covers TRANSFERS between accounts. Any “transaction” over 10000.00 requires the filing of a cash transaction report, hence a person can really get caught up in it knowingly or unknowingly.

Baloney. You’ve got no facts and you don’t know what you’re talking about. Spouting the usual ignoramus lies.

Not least because people think he was somehow involved. And he wasn’t.

So, taking out one’s own money is a crime. Sure, he intentionally withdrew less than 10,000 a time to avoid having the bank report such transactions. And? Is this really a crime?

So we're back to the Martha Stewart crime, lying to federal officials. Tell me, is there a crime of a federal official lying to the public?

That says an awful lot about the creatures who rule this country. Fortunately, one of the architects of the reporting rules is bit by his own ‘compromise’ law. Enjoy.

wrestling coach, paying $3.5 million to hush up something prior his becoming a politician. What I heard on the KFI radio show with John and Ken was... connect the dots. Child molester.

Pedo State should have been bull dozed to the ground and then nuked from orbit, just to be sure. Paterno’s statue should have been shipped to the Ft. Sill artillery range and used for target practice.

Hastert did an uncharacteristic about-flip on some topic a while back and I wondered then if his FBI file had been among the ones Hillary had procured. But I can’t recall what it was.
