TORONTO -- A Muslim high school in Ontario that complained about its boys' soccer team having to play against a team that included girls has been told it must abide by gender equity rules.
The ISNA High School, located on the outskirts of Toronto, had complained earlier this week about a soccer game in which its all-male team played against a Catholic high school whose team included two girls.
ISNA, which describes itself as a progressive co-ed independent school that strives to abide by Qur'anic injunctions, raised an objection at the game about the girls' presence on the field.
Paul Freier says the association's gender equity policy comes from the rules used by the Ontario Federation of School Athletic Associations.
"If a girl is good enough to play on the boys' team she can play," he said, adding that if a similar objection arose in the future, the school teams would have to decide to either play the game anyway, or default the match.

Thereby teaching the young ladies a valuable lesson about how grown-ups will protect their rights from attack from other cultures.
More importantly, I think this points to the inevitable problems of multicultural idiocy. You're eventually going to face a situation like this where two groups of kids from incompatible cultures end up trying to play against each other in a government-run sports league.

Women will compete against men in business and elections.
There need to be some. Maybe not over this issue, but there are plenty of others. And nobody except Muslims will ever stand up to the PC fanatics. So more power to them.

Kick them the hell out. They want everything their way and want normal people do do things their way.
Pyrrhic victory: They were down 3-1 at half time, finally lost 6-1. So they didn't suck as much when they were playing against the girls.
Torch a few cars and see if the policy holds (or simply go to a judge).
My eighth grade grandaughter plays on a boys team with another girl. She lives in a small town and I don’t have a problem. My seventh grade grandaughter plays on a boys. Ice hockey team, she is a better skater then half the boys.
