Don't they all brand themselves as having special abilities or insights? If reform is needed so badly why are the old guard kept on the job?
Hasn't a CEO (snort) who leads an organization to a $1.1B shortfall already committed a lifetime of wrongdoing with or without a federal indictment?
The mayor knows a dead duck when he sees one, with his Clintonesque note that he is 'saddened.' Translation: you're on your own.
