RAHIM took out one of the knives he had purchased from Amazon.com when he saw the officers and agents. A testament to Amazon Prime's newest service: "Same-Second-Delivery".
He saw the officers, used his smart-phone to log on to Amazon.com, ordered some knives, had them delivered to him on a city sidewalk, and had one ready when the police tried to detain him.
