Absolutely 100% yes.
This is the ugly thing about the Internet.
Now when anyone falls into the public eye for some transgression they have to be totally destroyed. Anyone who defends them also has to be totally destroyed. Say you wouldn’t cater a gay wedding and have your livelihood destroyed.
It is a very sick world.
lol. True, they certainly did run from anything moral before there were basic laws against domestic violance starting in the ‘60’s and ‘70’s.

More important though that the authorities behaved far worse than the Duggars. The detective in charge of the case was himself convicted of child pornography. The police violated the children’s sealed records and turned them over to the tabloids.
Worse than what may have happened, is how thousands of families might view this. Do they conclude that if they go to the authorities, the authorities will either be a bunch of perverts or they will violate the laws any way they see fit and do whatever they feel like.
This is hardly an endorsement with going to the authorities and trusting them. No one seems to be pointing this out; but should we be surprised? The IRS does it. The Justice Department Does it. So why should we be surprised if the police department did it in this case.
Could we at least still get a Cousin Amy show?
Her last name isn't even Duggar!
She started music career a couple seasons back and after the TLC special, they never gave us a resolution!
Does she have another CD coming? Has she grown her hair out and got a home permanent so she can fit in with her cousins?
Does Nashville resent her getting a record deal even though her voice sounds like a cactus stuck coyote?

Sadly, the Duggar haters DO WANT the DEATH PENALTY for ALL of THEM!! They HATE the fact that they are CHRISTIANS and have a big family where I THINK the haters have KILLED some of their OWN KIDS and detest the fact that the Duggars have not.
The FOX Network is coming out with a series titled :LUCIFER...it’s about Lucifer who decides to leave the underworld and inhabit Los Angeles. The angel of the Lord is shown to be the “antagonist” and Lucifer is shown to the protagonist whose questioning himself...and we are worried about the Duggars?
No wonder our world is in a free slide into the abyss.

Why isn’t there an outcry about how the records got out? That is the biggest tragedy. Now the victims and public victims.
I would watch the show rarely but it was refreshing to see to clean TV and people who honored God. It looks like they did what they could do to deal with an awful situation with the exception it would have been better to have removed themselves from the public spotlight. It just sad to me that it became public, there’s a reason juvenile records are kept private. Why isn’t the person who released this and made it public being prosecuted?

Maybe the TV powers that be should do a reality show on the “perfectness “ of those stone hurlers.
Now, if the boy in question had only “come out” of the closet and called for a sex change, the media world would be fawning at the door.
