New testimony reveals that the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) used “hundreds of attorneys” to hide critical information from Congress’s investigation of the IRS targeting of conservatives.

According to new congressional bombshell testimony today, the IRS set up a previously unknown “special project team” comprised of “hundreds of attorneys,” including the IRS Chief Counsel (one of only two politically appointed positions at the IRS).

The “special project” this team was given? Concealing information from Congress.

Perhaps it is time to defund the IRS. They are not honest enough to handle adult responsibility.

I remember when we used to call this obstruction of justice. It was a crime.

I’m sure the GOP is moving quickly on damage control for the `rats.
Following plenty of harrumphing and appointment of another hoity-toity castrated investigator, of course.

The Obama regime, along with the corrupted federal bureaucracy, is now AN ONGOING CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE dedicated to oppressing the enemies of the ‘RATS & of Progressives in general.

Can you imagine about a 10% flat tax. No deductions. Nothing. Write down your income, and pay 10%. Get rid of 90% of the IRS agents, tax attorney’s, and CPAs. It would revolutionize this country.

Yeah, just like the claim from Hillary supporters that there’s NO evidence of any wrongdoing in her email scandal. Of course there’s no hard evidence when you destroy it all but there’s a mountain of circumstantial evidence. It’s the same thing the IRS has been doing.

This govt is out of control because we have a Marxist usurper in the white house.

It would still be a crime if there were a Republican in office and the MSM would very quickly connect all the dots leading right to the white house. They would be screaming impeachment from the rooftops.

Better: IRS sends out 50 tax bills (proportional fair share of federal budget), cashes 50 checks on April 16. Let states figure out how to raise revenue their own way.

Black privilege has spared the ‘Bamster, but the fact that his underlings regularly give congress the middle finger salute and lie without fear of punishment points toward a deeper problem.

British kings are not impeachable, but their ministers are. Ministers don't just risk loss of their jobs, several have been executed. So after almost seven years of felonies and high crimes committed by Obama and his ministers, not a one has even been fired from his/her post. To impeach a cabinet secretary has become tantamount to impugning Obama, which of course cannot be done. This is worse than 17th century England. This is pre-constitutionalism.

Our governing institutions no longer serve their designed purposes. For instance, does congress actually legislate or does it enable the executive to make arbitrary regs/law? Does it conduct oversight of the agencies it created? Does congress serve to secure our inalienable rights? Does congress or Obama determine spending? The senate has voted to give Obama the treaty power.

Institutions designed for free government have been corrupted into forms that do the opposite; they serve to enable and condone tyranny.

Article V before we can't.

Turn about is fair play. I would expect a conservative Pres to not abuse the IRS. But damn it would be funny.

Every one of them committed a crime and everyone of them committed an ethics violation. Not one will be charged or even questioned. Fire them all immediately and then you will hear some””talking”.

The left DO NOT consider THIS a cover-up/scandal.

The left agree 100% with the IRS targeting conservative groups and the lefties in the IRS will continue to target conservatives regardless of congress.

The left are at war with us.
