BALTIMORE (WJZ) — As police battle crime, they’re also trying to restore public trust and confidence in the department. That’s why they kicked off a new training program to make sure their officers are operating within the law.
This is all part of the reform that the police commissioner vowed to bring to the department. That’s why all of the more than 2,800 officers on the force are now being re-schooled on the law.
When police can and can’t legally stop people is part of new training that all officers in the department–even senior commanders–are now required to undergo.
Law professor Bryon Warnken came up with the re-training curriculum broken down into three separate classes. One class focusing on police stops and how officers interact with the public; another on obtaining and executing search warrants; and the third on preparing for and presenting police testimony in court.
Each officer will be required to sit through 12 hours of training classes. They begin now and last through the summer.
The total cost of the training will be about $50,000–paid for with federal grant money.

When are they going to send the idiot CA Mosby for a few refresher courses? She likely had to take the bar exam several times. She did have to be tutored because she kept failing the Law Scholl Entrance Exam and couldn’t even get into Law School.
2,800 officers X 12 hours each =33,600 hours X $100/hour=$3,360,000
+ OT to cover lost time, and much more.
They do not take home $100/hr, but the average cost is above that.

What you have articulated in part, is the Marxist theory of Criminology. They blame most crime on the “capitalist system” and its emphasis on “greed”, though almost all Marxist criminologists, esp. from the Un. of Calif. university system, (esp.Berkeley), are paid by taxes earned by working people/organizations (Talk about societal parasites - just like Karl Marx was to Frederick Engels, the rich one).
Criminals are “only the victims of a capitalist society” so being unable to advance and get a part of the “capitalist pie”, they are FORCED to turn to crime in order to survive.

Just listen to the Marxist lines spoken by the Mayor of Incompetence (Blake-Whoever), the leftist political ladder climbing, soon to be unemployed local DA Manson (I’d prefer Marilyn Manson to her), and the Marxist in Chief Obama and his White-hating DOJ leaders Holder and Lynch.
Put their reasons for the explosion in violence in Baltimore next to each other, and then get the Marx/Marxist arguments about the causes of crime, and you will see that they are nearly identical. THIS IS NO ACCIDENT.
A lot of Baltimore’s black political leaders came out of Morgan State Un, once a pretty good school, but which has been infiltrated by Marxists over the past 20-30 years.
That would explain why the black leaders are exposing classical Marxist propaganda about crime.
As for the white leaders, O’Malley is a closet Marxist and has finally come out of the closet with his run for the Democrat nomination for the presidency.

The old Democrat machine is gone, supplanted by a welfare-loving, big government, more taxes, Marxist-mentality that has led to the decline of a once great city (I lived there from the time I was born until I left in 1966, but retained business and family ties there (1987; present).
I could never go back to that shithole. Everything I loved about it has gone down the leftist crapper. Old neighborhoods are now crime-zones (we never had any real crime in Ashburton or GwynOak Junction, or Forest Park) until the lower class blacks swarmed out of downtown up Liberty Heights Avenue, Reisterstown and Park Heights Avenues, pushing the black middle class further out of the city and taking over like a plague of criminal locust).
I’ve seen better slums in Hong Kong and Vietnam than what I’ve seen in Baltimore, DC and Philadelphia.
