Back a number of years ago, I came across a CNN report a story in which Canada’s foreign minister was mentioned. The video had him speaking (it was Lloyd Axworthy at the time) but it was captioned as “John Bell, Canadian Minister of Foreign Affairs”. This was the one of the most ridiculous things I ever saw on network news, as there has never been any senior Canadian politician with the name of John Bell.

I remember when the space shuttle Columbia broke apart on re-entry, CNN reported it as moving “18 times the speed of light.”
Hey its CNN, give them a break. How do you expect them to know all these things?

Boiled kale stem? LOL. I would love to hear him tell NYers how gun control will make them safer at times like this.
It is challenging to keep all 57 states sorted out 24/7.
