Black Students Are More Likely To Get ‘Ineffective’ Teachers: Report
New York Post ^ | June 13, 2015 | Yoav Gonen

Black students in New York state are 44 percent more likely than white students to have a teacher rated “ineffective” in math, and 35 percent more likely to have one rated “ineffective” in English, startling new figures from the state Education Department show. The unprecedented analysis stemmed from the results of the statewide teacher-evaluation system, which for the first time required student performance on standardized exams to factor into teachers’ ratings.

Congratulations to the left wing, liberal excuse symposium in existence for over a century concocting new, novel and cockamamie excuses for persistent failure among certain groups throughout since before biblical times.

It looks like Black Lives Matter has now been superseded by Black Lives Ruined by those who should know better, teachers, they themselves among society's top victims.

That's a rather very well thought-up social scapegoat excuse, teachers, for group failure. Kudos to the one who came up with it, tempered by the fact that it took this long to come up with such a brilliant conspiracy.

Had someone been a bit more inspirational, we wouldn't have had to endure the difficult-to-grasp group failure concept that 'Ebonics' was for why things didn't work out even after spending $1 Trillion in the WOP (War on Poverty).

And then 'Midnight Basketball" would have never been more than an inner city dream.

Another thing about blaming teachers is that it's hard to refute it's RQ (Refutability Quotient) which is pretty solid, teachers aren't very popular or well-liked making it a brilliant new entrant in the society 'Blame Game' as to why certain groups are perennial losers, others having done consistently well throughout history.

What would really make folks like Al Sharpton start wearing sweat suit/work out clothing once again and really strengthen the group failure theory infinitely more times than any 'Bell Curve' could ever do, is to find out what percentage of teachers are black. Now, that would be something.

For some weird unexplainable reasons, better teachers tend to gravitate toward districts where they are less likely to get assaulted in the halls, witness drug deals daily or actually get the opportunity to teach rather than babysit.

Maybe it is just because their racist. I can't think of any other possible explanation. Can you?

So let me get this straight. Black students were more likely to have ineffective teachers. How do we know? Because teachers are rated as effective or ineffective based on how well their students do on standardized tests. Meaning that black students do poorly on standardized tests. Paging George Orwell...

It would be supremely informative in assessing this revelation to know what the race of the teachers are that this study says are ineffective. If they had the resources to know the race of the students concerned, surely they also had the race of the teachers involved. I mean, wouldn’t good science that has a premise of race-based academic outcome for students also include the teachers?

the resason is basic black student incompetence

a don’t give a damn attitude yields ineffectiveness

Ineffectives really don’t matter, they are lost
