Nope, athletic revenues rarely if ever support any academic scholarships. It is generally used to support other athletic departments. In many schools, academic students see (or don’t see) anywhere from $20-40 of their tuition go to support athletic programs.

At UCLA the TV rights alone could fund most D3 schools. Not their football programs. The entire school.
