Once they sue and have the court removed from the Baltimore area and the entire case tried in western Maryland...the possibility of winning for the city is less than ten-percent in my humble opinion.
I am wondering how the six folks will sue the city for false charges later. Is there any history over this sort of stuff for cops with bad charges?

Police thus removed him and placed him in leg restraints — ankle cuffs, to go along with the handcuffs that had already been applied. Gray was “then slid onto the floor of the van, belly down and head first,”
CAuse of death was trauma sustained while in the van. Seems to me that it was stupid to put him in restraints like this.

In looking at the arrest video, it looked to me like Freddie Gray didn't have use of his legs while being dragged to and into the van. Couldn't he have been injured during the actual arrest, which would exonerate at least the van driver (and possibly others)?
Plus... has anyone actually seen the full autopsy report, or are we still going on the Baltimore Sun's interpretation of their leaked copy of it?
