One thing that was never broadly mentioned during the Bunkerville standoff was,
the BLM also was interested in the mineral rights for the Bundy Ranch

The feds maybe interested in the mineral rights but remember that Bundy
owns something less than 160 acres of land in fee. He was leasing the remaining
acreage from the BLM/Feds until he quit paying the fees some years back.
