I think it’s just the Democrats “knew which way the wind was blowing,” and had “Republicans”(read: Democrats) positioned for this exactly. So they ran the “Republicans” against Democrats knowing that anyone with an R- in front of their name would win.

You can’t blackmail an honest man.

Now ask yourself FR and other conservative sites just happened to have a flood of people screaming how we had to vote for those ‘Republicans’ “No matter what”.

Edit: Ash yourself how/why

I think these last couple of things are exactly what the GOPe want - they want gay marriage to go away and they don’t care about Obamacare as long as they control it.
Look at the candidates they’re pushing.. Jeez..

More evidence that elections don't matter one whit.
Elect dems and the gov gets bigger and more intrusive.
Elect reps and the gov. gets bigger and more intrusive.
Sue the gov. for being too intrusive and the gov. gets bigger and more intrusive.
Are we catching on yet?

"You cant blackmail an honest man."
That's true but there are precious few honest men in politics; they get rooted out early on.

Heard an interview with Cruz last night about his new book. He was discussing some of the sh!t that goes on between the D’s and R’s. Most of them go to DC not to represent us but to get wealthy.
It appears to be working for them.

At this point, what does it really matter? It is not provable. They act as if they are being blackmailed. What difference does it make?

Why don’t we just ask them if they are being blackmailed?
