Whatever happened to the concept that California Universities were designed to educate California residents and taxpayers? That concept was retired once it was discovered that California universities (like many other north american universities) exist to educate chinese citizens.

NJ is filled with Asian students; higher education is one of the last industries here, and since most Americans can’t afford it they bring anyone else in who can.
