I would agree, except there are plenty of people who are thin who are not physically active.

To me, this discovery of gut bacteria driving hunger is **very** encouraging.

About 8 years ago I lost 80 pounds. I have gained 30 back over that time. That is less than 4 pounds a year which amounts to one to two Oreo cookies too much each day.

Every day is a walk through hunger hell. It is only through extreme and minute by minute control and brute determination that I have done as well as I have.

Gee! I would love to be free from the struggle. I am **exhausted**!
