Here in NH a guy tried to get COPSLIE on his vanity plate.
Had to go all the way to the NH Supreme Court, but in the end he got his plate.

A guy I know had FTATF on his license plate for several years (5 or 6, if I recall correctly) before someone at DMV finally noticed it when he went for his annual renewal.
