They are both wicked cities....
...and yet, there are ‘remnants’ in each......
We met some lovely Christians in LA when we lived there for a short time...( although a few years ago)
our denomination planted a reformed church in the heart of LA, Santa Monica, and it’s thriving
Also personally know some Christians who live in the San Francisco area
I would hope and think the Christians are seeing the handwriting on the wall.....
And like Lot...will make wise plans and take heed
as, of course, we all should......
It's said that the rain falls on the just and the unjust and I get that, but I pray we could have some targeted spot cleaning first, you know, as a reminder and a reality check for all to see, instead of everything getting the full wash cycle.
Otoh, if things have gotten as bad as this article says, and worse, a full cycle is probably overdue.
On the upside, this is looking more and more like the right time to start shopping for some Arizona beach front property!
People living in an active, major fault zone shouldn't throw rocks at God's windows and then flip Him off when He comes to check on the noise.
Shows weak impulse control and poor long term planning.
