(CNN)Connecticut police have recovered the body of a 7-month-old baby, who died after his father allegedly jumped off a bridge with him.
Aaden Moreno was found Tuesday evening in the Connecticut River near the town of East Haddam, miles downstream from where Tony Moreno leaped from the Arrigoni Bridge in Middletown, police said.
Moreno was listed in critical condition at Hartford Hospital. Authorities said he was alert and stable.
No charges have been filed against him, but Middletown Mayor Daniel Drew told CNN that the state's attorneys office is investigating and charges are expected.

"In the application for a restraining order, Oyola wrote, "I feel that he is a danger to my child and me. ... He wanted to give up all rights to his child. Tells the baby this everyday multiple times a day."
"I'm afraid he's going to do something to my son. He is angry and probably isn't thinking straight. He has told me he could make my son disapear [sic] anytime of the day. He told me how he could make me disapear [sic] told me how he could kill me. I sometimes am scared to sleep. He told me he would put in the ground and put something on me to make me disinigrate [sic] faster."

And if he is an illegal, will he be let out in the streets after his conviction and before he serves time like the 30,000 were last year?
Oh, look at that. This POS must have bruised his eye sockets while killing his child. If only the baby had lived and he could somehow hang himself in his jail cell.
The Bloviator doesn't much like today's judges...and neither do I, now that I think of it...just the conservative ones....and there ain't that many left....or "right"...well, you know what I mean.

Also, local news is reporting he threw the kid in the river, then he jumped when the cops showed up.
No mercy from the courts, I hope.
Have they found out his legal status? And was he using welfare aid, since he was not working?
They will probaly charge him with violating environmental regulations...
