This happened where I live and just a couple of days ago another man 22yrs old or so was soliciting for sex of 13-15 yr. olds on a dating site. Young girls responded and were paid by him for sex.
So many young girls have become Ho's. Also in the Hispanic culture there are many young girls having babies.

Put him in the general population and make certain the other inmates know he murder a child and his mother by cooking them. Make certain he works in the prison kitchen. Then wait for him to have an “accident” involving the deep fryer.
