I think questions concerning bakeries and photographers are different because that involves some degree of participation, more by the photographer than the baker. Then, questions of forced speech come into play with cake decorations (writing on the cake). I don’t think anyone should be required to participate in anyone’s rituals or ceremonies to any degree at all, but who knows what courts will finally decide.
