we really need “loser pays” legislation to put and end to frivolous and nuisance lawsuits like these. when some clown acting as his own attorney files a suit like this and loses, he should have to pay all court costs and the defendent’s attorney fees as well.
we should also put a cap on attorney fees. maybe if we starting importing Indian and Chinese lawyers on H1B visas we could have the same effect on US lawyers that’s happened to US engineers and scientists... i.e. job loss, hiring discrimination, wage stagnation.

The article dated July 9, 2015 says there are two cases and that the second one was filed on Monday which is the same day the judge refused to give him a free lawyer for the first case.
It most certainly is illegal to consider it a sin in at least some circumstances. At least if by “consider” you mean actually being allowed to practice what you consider without punishment. We cannot collectively decide anything in opposition to it any longer. But that does not work both ways. Now the government can collectively decide to punish people who want to actually practice what they preach. See the Christian cake bakers and photographers.
Take this seriously. If this one fails there will be twenty more.

If the made-up term “sexual orientation” has protected status, then any person or literature that calls it wrong, sinful, etc., must be hateful.
Sexual orientation should never have been promoted to protected status. Race, colour, ethnicity, etc., are not sins. Homosexuality is a sin, according to Scriptures.
