What exact purpose does moving a grave serve ? Is the problem the city or county where they are buried ? This is nuts.
If something like the footprint of a building is going to be covering the site, one could see why. But why the lackadaisical attitude about the statue. Wouldn’t it be logical to keep it near wherever the new grave location is?
