One of Americas most famous country rock musicians excoriated President Obama for how he reacted publicly after what many believe to have been a terrorist attack in Chattanooga, Tenn., that left four Marines dead Thursday a mass murder allegedly committed by a lone shooter.
Charlie Daniels, known for The Devil Went Down to Georgia and This Aint No Rag, Its a Flag, took to Twitter Friday to share his thoughts on the shooting:

Well, he won’t be getting any invites to perform at the White House.

(White, black, and red all over--America's affirmative action, metrosexual president.)
I grew up listening to CDB. Uneasy Rider came out in my early teens. His later works have had patriotic and/or Christian themes. Personally I think it’s time for Simple Man action.

((Two Choices left for U.S. One Nation Under GOD or One Nation Under Judgment? Which one say ye?))
This is a true story about the man, Charlie Daniels. In the early 70’s, the Jaycees that ran the North East Alabama State Fair booked Mr. Daniels for a one night performance for $400 for the next year at the fair. During that year, Devil Went Down To Georgia hit the big time. He was commanding a $10,000 per performance fee at the time we called him and said, “We have your signed contract for $400 for this years fair. If you want to raise the fee, we will understand.” He said, “I will honor my contract”, and he did. That will give you an insight into the character of Charlie Daniels.
What Charlie could do that would really be powerful is to put his thoughts to song. Sing it Charlie!!!!

by right way right
(Disclaimer: Not a prophet but I have a pretty good record.)
I personally know Charlie and his manager David to this day.
I've known them since 1979, long before "Devil Went Down to Georgia" hit the charts.
He, his family, and his entire organization, was then, and still is, INTEGRITY personified.
Sounds like a stand up guy who knows what a man’s word means.
I wonder when this is all going to blow right up.
