LOLOLOLOL! Yeah, I'll bet they're skerred now. Let's see, Joe Arpaio, warrants issued, US Marshals dispatched, hard drives siezed. ANYONE in the current administraion----no warrants, no US Marshals dispatched, nothing siezed. Seems like the standard reaction is to just ignore such demands/request and------meh. No consequences. Besides, the lyin' king probably has a stack of (p)residential pardone moi's sittin' and waitin'.

48 hours in the klink for Lerner & Koskinen would be the best thing that has happened in 2015.

Oooohhh! Contempt huh? What’s next? Double secret probation?
How about you get serious and start locking these jackasses up for a while? Maybe then you will be taken seriously.

Yeah. The sooner we accept that our government officials can break the law whenever they please with no consequences, the sooner we can get on with our little enslaved lives.
Nothing will EVER come of ANY of this. Rule of law does not matter.

>> What if he wont even show up in court for such a hearing? <<
The judge could order the U. S. Marshals Service to pick him up and hold him in custody until the problem is solved to the judge’s satisfaction, or until the case is settled or dismissed. It’s called a “civil contempt” remedy. But whether the marshals would follow the judge’s instructions might be an open question, especially if the Attorney General should issue some kind of countermanding order.

"Then the court issues a bench warrant for his arrest."
Which would theoretically be enforced by the US Marshals Service which is an Executive Branch Agency that reports to Obama. We have reached the point where the question has to be asked if laws and courts apply to politically favored high officials.
