I doubt the Cruz campaign is “on edge”. Debating is his strong suit.

"The pressure not to make a critical mistake was already great enough on the top candidates participating in next week’s Republican presidential debate"

Cruz is not under pressure, he will just speak the truth, Trump will likewise not be under pressure, when asked about specific details on this, that or the other thing, he will just respond, I'm a smart guy, I make lots of money, I will fix every thing, that's what I do, everyone knows that, what other details do you need.

This determines Trump as a serious candidate. He needs to do OK, just OK and not great to get the serious attention from the voters. He has his followers sowed up. So now, he needs to look good and be quick on his feet.

I look to see him do good, i also look to see Ted Cruz live up to his potential.
I suspect Trump and Cruz might well be number 1 and 2 after this debate. That is, if Cruz makes the cut.

Honestly you should question your conservative credentials when you are in agreement with Juan Williams......

What a waste of time and a hit peace.... from TEAM JEB BUSH at Fox News

I see the ESTABLISHMENT WHORES in the media have obeyed Jeb’s orders to backed into a retreat. All their doom and gloom predictions of Trump implosion at the polls over the last 4 weeks has backfired in their faces. It reminds me of the Environmental wackos doom and gloom predictions that never come to light.

Hearing Juan Williams saying Jeb Bush is the “Serious Candidate” while Trump is just entertainment is Orwellian in nature.

I just wonder how much Roger Ailes is getting from team Jeb?

The other candidates have their hands full developing a “Trump strategy” to counter what the leading contender may do

With the corrupt biased MSM moderating the debates, it should be easy for the politicians to get intel from the moderators.

It's Trump vs MSM/politicians and having the corrupt MSM moderate the debates is like walking into court and seeing the jury made up of the prosecutors family.

This is the biggest corrupt conflict in debate history. We'll watch Trump play this to his advantage. It makes Trump's opponent, the MSM a de facto participant. ☺

I remember going to a local GOP Event to watch the first Bush / Gore Debate back in 2000.

Half the People there were practically cringing hoping that Bush wouldn’t say something Stupid and blow it. Everyone knew how Bush talked and mangled the Language, yet somehow he beat smooth as glass Gore come Election time.

This Debate will be interesting because with the exception of Cruz and possibly Fiorina, everyone on that Stage including the Moderators hate Trump more than they hate Hillary. Well, the Moderators probably love Hillary.

As Doris Day sang, Que Sara Sara, whatever will be will be.
