Requiring the paying of a tax to vote in elections was outlawed as an infringement on the right to vote. The same approach should be taken here. Requiring the paying of a tax to own a firearm should be outlawed as an infringement on the right to keep and bear arms.

Sounds like a poll tax. It’s heavy taxation in an effort to put the second amendment out of the reach of many Americans. Poor people deserve equal rights under the constitution to rich people. Maybe they are targeting Blacks?
