It is a war based upon social class, race etc. The American Revolution and the American Civil war provide contrast in that they were political in nature. The French and Russian Revolutions were Social.

My own favorite personal creation was the term Unctuous Bumpkin I started calling several well known “folks” unctuous bumpkins...around the turn of the century but all search references to those posts have long since disappeared...
