I watched 5 minutes each of “Fox & Friends” and “The Five” Friday and that’s all it took. No more Fox News rest of the weekend.

I have “O’Reilly” and “Hannity” on the DVR for Monday(I will NEVER watch “Fox & Friends,” “Special Report,” “The Five,” or “Kelly File” ever again)to see how they handle the “debate” blowback.

If they gloss over it or claim “Megyn did a great job” then that will be all she wrote for Fox News.

Trump should just skip them and instead go directly to the people.

A couple of years ago Glenn Beck had a simulcast to movie theaters around the country to talk about the harms from CommieCore. You bought tickets just like for a regular movie. During the simulcast, which featured a number of speakers and parents, he asked the audience a number of question about issues, and the audience could vote via text. The results were tabulated electronically in real time and displayed on the screen. It was well done. I could see a thing like that in an arena-sized venue with the large screens.

Deep six Faux News ratings— refuse to watch. They ignore us so we ignore them. They need us more than we need them. Bye bye—— Flared and unbalanced.

It is obvious to me that they thought they needed to entice viewers from CNN/MSNBC and the rest of the alphabets. Why would a liberal become a regular viewer of Fox News because of one Republican debate? Fox News has shot themselves in the foot. Why would a Conservative keep watching Fox News?

Well said.

The Fox moderators zeroed in on Trump not only because he is the front runner, but also because he would give them a show.

And Levin, with his particular style, tries to give his listeners a show every day.

Well said.

FOX and the three not-so-moderate moderators damaged themselves a lot more than they damaged Trump.

It is obvious that Job-1 for them was to take Trump out of the race but it backfired and they last credibility that will never be regained.

Spanish is one of the most abrasive languages I’ve ever heard. I find it annoying just hearing it.

Uh, cui bono is Latin.

I may restrict it to Sean Hannity and his show, he should have moderated it or have at least, because she would stick to the issues, Greta.

Or restrict it to just “Hannity”.

Megyn is concerned about WORDS somebody said, while PP is cutting up babies and selling the parts - and she says ZERO.

There is unfortunately little difference between conservative media, Honey BooBoo and their audiences. They are all about entertainment.

If politics of the conservative variety is the focus, theatrics and personality cults are not needed. If Levin/Rush/whoever debate network adopted that, their audiences would evaporate. And that the fact we all know it shows how far down the Kardashian hole the political right is today.

Mrs. higgmeister took Fox News off of the channel lineup yesterday. My wife also reminded me that she had seen through MEGYN KELLY years ago and is gleeful that finally others do too. She also said it did sound like Kelly had PMS to her.

Bottom line

...Fox had an opportunity to host one of these important debates, “And they took advantage of us, they took advantage of the audience.”

Come to think of it, remember the Resse’s Pieces commercial?

‘”You got Entetrtainment in my politicS! No, you got Politics in my Entertainment!”

Political entertainment: Two great tastes that go great together!

Not.

With that little DOG & PONY show; and I mean that in the original Tijuana stage show context, Fox has lost me as a viewer for ever.
When I wanted legitimate news of the day I would go to FOX, not any more.
I now lump Fox into the same category as ABC, NBC, CBS, Al Jizzera, MSLSD, PBS and all the others.
I wish the debates could be held on neutral ground; with a 3 or 4 hour time limit, something like CSPAN and moderated by normal rational, thinking people, rather than ratings grabbing TV whores.

True. But it’s Fox News for Heaven’s sake. Was anything different expected?

I didn’t even bother to wait for the bullsh*t blowback, I know what it will be.
FOX news is off my viewing list permanently, all of their news shows are the same crap as far as I am concerned.
With Oblowhard it’s always “Look at my huge brain - you are all pinheads”.
With Kelly it is always “Aren’t I gorgeous, look at my tits, look at my ass, aren’t I beeeuuutiful”; she may have had a brain once, but she found out that tits and ass sell better.
Then there’s Hannity, “Let me recite my 10 or 12 talking points I have been using for the last 200 years”.
DONE WITH THE WHOLE LAME CREW.
