Trump Defends Planned Parenthood, falsely Claims Abortion ‘Small part of What They Do’
Who thinks we are defunding Planned Parenthood completely? I place the odds at about 1%. So it makes sense to target just the abortion portions and end Federal funds to them. What’s the big controversy? We’ve been trying to burn down PP since the Hyde Amendment. It isn’t going to happen.
Wonder how many Trumpettes will still be arguing that Trumps full blown, blinded by the light, conservative now with me! I’ve been called everything from a paid Shillary, to a Jew plant, to all sorts of things all because I speak out against Trump.
Now he’s done this! Well, time to add this to my ammo pile.
Lefty Trumps wheels are falling off! Sick SOB is now okay with the SS members of Planned Parenthood slaughtering babies and sending them off for experiments with price tags on each bit!

I liked the “trump effect” on the GOP. I enjoyed seeing the establishment squirm. However I will not “pull the lever” for anyone that supports or funds abortion.

With most politicos this grabbing a single ‘gotcha’ sentence from a speech might work. Wont work with Trump. He’s likely also said the direct opposite as some kind of qualifier.
While it sounds like he is just echoing Democratic talking points (and this is precisely what the Democrat candidate will say), my guess is, like most other issues, Trump is completely ignorant about Planned Parenthood and is just winging it when it comes to specifics.
Trump would much rather stick to his protectionist and one liner shtick. He is not a conservative and therefore can’t be expected to understand the specifics of issues conservatives care about. He is a protectionist mixed with a streak of nationalism, and complaining about trade deals (much like Bernie Sanders) is where he is most comfortable.
They tell me its all part of some brilliant plan to be revealed later.
I’m still waiting on the Obama birth certificate he promised.

I think he’s trying to deflect estrogen rage but I’ think PP has been so egregious they deserve destruction
He uses this strategy consistently.
“Hillary is a lovely woman, a great person. She’s also the worst Secretary of State in human history.” He doesn’t put a stumbling block in the path of disaffected supporters of opponents crossing over to his side.
Saying abortions are a minimal part of what PP does greases the wheels to defunding abortions, PP can’t very well protest by admitting defunding of abortion completely GUTS their activities. They have to agree with Trump. And when abortions are defunded, they have a choice of either providing REAL women’s health care service, or downsizing, or becoming dust in the wind.
And in the process the worst of the feminazis and homosocialists can’t accuse him of conducting a “war on women” if he’s actually multiplied health care resources to women through PP’s capitulation.
The problem for many people is that Trump thinks of what makes the enemy most vulnerable and doesn’t worry about the lowest rung of his critics who can’t or won’t understand he’s a strategist and not a politician. A candidate who holds up a can of gasoline and says he wants to burns PP to the ground would cheer their minds and warm their hearts. It also guarantees that candidate would disappear into obscurity, and that the holocaust would continue /tagline disclaimer.
