Someone please help me here. Where in the U.S. Constitution is the “gay marriage” right? Where is the legislation written by congress and signed into law by a president? There is no gay marriage law. Same as Roe v Wade. Where is the legislation written by congress and signed into law by a president? There is no pro-abort law. These are “rulings” by the court. Rulings are not law, are they?
That kind of changed with Mitt Romney. The Mass Screams ordered the legislature to change the law, something entirely new. And Mitt went ahead and acted like the law had already been changed. That has now become the new national precedent for situations like this one.
It’s like wildfire. Sometimes if it gets where we don’t want it to be, it’s our fault.
I could be wrong, but I think it refers to the state constitution.

Oath of officers and attorneys.

That whole “I will support the Constitution of the United States” thing is pretty unequivocal. So just No, on your comment.
Obama is pissing all over his Oath with no consequences.

While I don’t disagree, this had little to do with that, other than indirectly through his USSC appointments.
