A former aide to Hillary Clinton who helped set up her private email server has told at least three congressional committees that he will invoke the Fifth Amendment to avoid testifying against his former boss, Fox News has confirmed.
Bryan Pagliano, who worked on Clinton's 2008 presidential campaign before helping install the so-called "homebrew" server system in her Chappaqua, N.Y. home, was asked to testify about the server by the House Select Committee on Benghazi, the Senate Judiciary Committee, and the Senate Homeland Security Committee.

Sure, they can give him immunity, but watch him happily accept whatever befalls him for shielding the Clintons. The McDougals went to prison and only Susan came back alive... but to this day, she is as loyal to them as ever. It’s quite an interesting dynamic, that fierce, bar-none loyalty.
Even if he is granted immunity for his testimony, how will that protect him from the Clintonista mafia?

It is a sorry bunch of congressman who can’t trip up a Clinton aide, have you seen or heard these people Clinton hires, the most recent example was O’keefe the other day almost by accident had the senior campaign aide for Clinton outright break the law by excepting foreign contributions.
The problem is we don’t have people in congress that are smarter then the dimwits Clinton hires, there is plenty of preponderant evidence through all the scandals that this is so, they can’t handle these idiots even when they have “GUILTY” tattooed on their forehead.
