In government schools across America in communities being targeted to become “Blue Zones,” children may soon be chanting “Hara Hachi Bu” before eating their lunch — at least between the data-mining and intrusive scoring to determine “progress” in their physical, mental, and spiritual “well being.” The Japanese phrase, associated with the Eastern religion of Confucianism, translates roughly to “eat until you are 80 percent full.” Parents, meanwhile, will receive wide-ranging instructions covering everything from the food they eat and the “tribe” they associate with to the location in their home designated for sexual activity and even the size of their dinner plates. Indeed, the whole community will face massive social engineering — for its own good, of course.
All of it is taking place under the guise of creating “healthy communities” through a public-private partnership between governments, health insurance giants, and businesses to create “Blue Zones.”

Yep! Last I read on it was that they were going zip code by zip code. I know that Plant City, Florida has three big Section 8 type apartment complexes and are building two more.

Generally speaking, anyone who sends their children to public schools is ignorant, lazy and/or narcissistic. The harm done to our children by public schools is immeasurable. They are nothing but a jobs programs and taxpayer paid baby sitting.

The Blue Zones Project is based on nine principles of longevity, based on findings by National Geographics’ explorer Dan Buettner and his team after worldwide explorations uncovered places where people live longer and healthier.
The principles include moving naturally by living in walkable communities; knowing your purpose; downshifting each day to meditate, nap or pray; and having a plant-based diet.
The other principles include the “80-percent rule” of stopping to eat when you feel 80-percent full; limiting alcohol consumption; putting family first; belonging to a faith-based community; and having the “right tribe” of healthy-minded friends.
Making healthier lifestyle choices possible on a communitywide basis requires buy-in from key sectors, which include local governments, schools, churches, grocery stores, restaurants, businesses and civic groups.
