Note that the Supreme Court clarified in Youngstown Sheet & Tube Co. v. Sawyer that executive orders don’t have the force of law unless they are legislatively supported by Congress and based on Congress’s constitutional Article I, Section 8-limited powers.

Also note that the Founding States gave Congress the specific power to impeach and remove lawless presidents like Obama for making executive orders excuses which are not supported by either Congress or the Constitution.

The reason that Obama has a history of making unconstitutional executive orders is because the corrupt, post-17th Amendment ratification Senate is not willing to work with the House to impeach and remove lawless presidents like Obama from office.

The bottom line is that the ill-conceived 17th Amendment needs to disappear, and corrupt senators and lawless presidents as well.
