The Supreme Court has no authority to create (”legalize” in the article) the “law of the land.” If they are going to do that, we need to send Congress home and stop wasting all of the taxpayers’ money being used to subsidize politicians. JMO in the warm and fuzziest words I can come up with.

I think there is a solution that everyone here has overlooked. Davis needs to appoint only Muslim deputies, and authorize them to issue licenses. Then sit back and watch the fun.
