Republican presidential candidate and former Florida Governor Jeb Bush stated the US should accept refugees from the Middle East and Africa, but “make sure” they’re not terrorists on Wednesday’s “Fox & Friends” on the Fox News Channel.

Just how are you going to do that Jeb? It would become a massive backlog with thousand of refugees stockpiled somewhere while an investigation was conducted to determine if they “are not a terrorist” (and just how do you establish this?) No what would happen is they would be ushered into the country with the barest of investigation consisting of a guy with form on a clipboard checking off the box that says “not a terrorist” then yelling, “Next!”

How is he going to do that ... ask them if they have “love” or “joy” in their hearts? We have terrorist sympathizers & enablers in the government & indeed, the White House, so why is there ANY expectation that they will have a smidgen of motivation to keep terrorists out of the country, much less actually make any attempt to do the same?

There are two ways to know they are terrorists. First, if we can prove they have already committed atrocities in Syria (or wherever). Second, we can wait until they commit atrocities here.
We have no resources that are adequate to identify the individuals who committed atrocities in Syria.
Once they are here, they will be treated as criminals (at best) as opposed to unlawful combatants (i.e.: terrorists).
But it would be an act of love (for islam). Right, Yeb?
Trump is also calling on US to accept Syrian refuges.
