The only sex-related right that the states have amended the Constitution to expressly protect, giving Congress the express authority to strengthen such a protection, is voting rights as evidenced by the 19th Amendment. So the corrupt feds are once again addressing a PC “civil right” that they actually have no constitutional authority to address, presumably in the name of winning votes from low-information voters.
And since so-called sexual rights appear to be treaty-related, we cannot repeal the ill-conceived 17th Amendment fast enough imo.
Also, I think that the 17th Amendment repeal amendment should have a provision requiring foreign diplomats who deal with federal government officials to first pass a test which shows that they are knowledgeable of the federal government’s constitutionally limited powers.
You have the right to an orgasm. Anything you do can be recorded and used in a porn video. You have the right to a sex partner. If you do not have a sex partner the Court will appoint one for you.
