Well-placed sources connected with the L.A. County D.A.'s Office tell us, the people assigned to review the case have determined Jenner's conduct was negligent, but not criminal.

Am I the only guy that has noticed there is a lot of similarity between Bruce Jenner and the affairs of this nation?
When Bruce was the Decathlon champion, he was respected by most men, as a man that accomplished a great feat. He seemed like a well rounded individual, someone you could look to with pride when thinking of our nation’s best.
In that time frame, the United States was also looked at as a champion. It might not always get it right, but it stood for something and the world knew it.
Now we see what has happened to Bruce, and believe it or not, our nation is right in there with him, confused, seeking new direction, and not unlike him in seeking a feminine identity.
What a sad state of affairs.
