One of my oldest and dearest friends has been a life-long Catholic. His eldest son is a PRIEST! He’s a very smart, high earning CONSERVATIVE who was a congressional staffer for a number of years.
He’s absolutely heartsick and has been for years about where “his” church is going. He’s been telling me for as long that the Vatican has been infiltrated and is now a captive of MARXISTS!
The words and actions of this pope seal the deal.
One final comment: Did I miss this pope’s comments lamenting and calling for the end of the murder, crucifixion, raping and shooting of the few CHRISTIANS who remain alive in the Middle East?? I heard that there may be a dozen left.

The Catholic Church does not teach that all atheists go to Hell. The Catholic Church does not teach that all who do not believe in Jesus go to Hell. The Catholic Church does not teach that all non-Catholics go to Hell.
The more the Pope yaps, the more he discredits himself for all time. The encyclical recorded for all time what a disorganized garbage heap his mind is.
This trip, on which he fawned over the Castros, and refrained from a single word of encouragement for those suffering for the Faith and for liberty, and on which he declined to say more than one heavily-veiled word for the unborn, and has continued his support for the GENOCIDAL Global Warming Hoax, has disgusted Catholics and others throughout the world.

I did a word search there is no mention of “Christ” or “Jesus”. Note that a search would also find “Christian”, “Christmas”, etc. There were nine instances of the word “God”.
Actuall, of course, the Pope didn’t change anything with respect to abortion.
What is scandalous is that the Pope clearly favors bishops who don’t give a hoot about abortion. Cupich, McElroy, O’Malley, Wuerl, Dolan, etc.
