Has he ever talked without shouting?

Trump appears to be learning from his mistakes. That’s great news. I still have qualms about him, but am inclined to support him anyway. We are living in desperate times.

“Has he ever talked without shouting?”

Of course. Or his quotes in the article would have been ALL CAPS, right?

Wouldn’t do much good. Most of us have followed him for the last few months and generally understand him. His detractors have proven they can’t read or hear.

“We are living in desperate times.”

Well put. I have huge reservations about Trump...but what is the alternative? The political masters are foisting Jeb on us?

I like Trump more every day.

Now that he has everyone’s attention, let’s sit down and have a serious discussion.

I think Melania and Ivanka sat down and had a heart to heart. Its time to be more presidential. He does not have to do much but the personal insults have to go. He can still hit hard on an opponent’s lack of substance or whatever. Just deep six the you’re stupid or you’re ugly stuff. I like low energy. LOL!

I believe we will witness the maturation of a pissed off and loud-mouthed citizen into a citizen politician with a big pair

Since I've been in FR, the rhetoric has been ... we scream, no one listens, we get screwed, wtf ... etc .... and NOW we have a guy that says the things we've been complaining about and appears to want to do something about it

I can't remember a more exciting election cycle

Every one of the Republican contenders could have a position in a Trump or Cruz or even a Santorum presidency .... THAT'S how (relatively ... they're all not perfect) good the field is

Even Walker, who dropped, could be ways and means

I would prefer a leader that decides to change because he sees the need, or value in changing, not because he was forced by peers or special interests. I also can appreciate someone with a bit of a stubborn streak, not shifting with every gust of wind.

Would you ever hear Jeb, Rubio and the other cast of GOPe characters admit they were wrong about a personal trait?

I agree...In some ways I think he may be a good president , even a great one but he will need the good will of the American people. Americans dont like the endless name calling and non meaningful attacks.

He may have woke up after getting boo’d at the Value voter summit.

Lead the way, Jim. And we will chime in.

I think Trump is kicking down the doors of the establishment. Boehner is going...and the rest of the GOPe is leaving a wet puddle where they are standing.

Let me know what I might lead with and I will do it.

His presser for his tax program this morning was very ‘businessy’.

Donald Trump: I've been 'a little childish'

Well good...

I for one love his rhetoric, but to win over moderates and middle america who don't really pay that closely to the election, he was not sounding presidential at all...

MSM sound bites do affect the way people vote..

Trump needs to start sounding like a statesman rather than a blowhard...
