What an idiot, I’m trying to buy some hard to find ammo, .348 WIN and Cuomo won’t let me do it. Now I need to run around to all the gun stores to see who might be abkle to order it for me and all that driving I am burning fossil fuels polluting the environment so pristine in NY we won’t allow fracking.

No, what he is doing is demanding that the Federal Government dictate to other states to accommodate his unconstitutional laws in New York.
It is the opposite of 10th Amendment state powers.
States do not have rights, they have powers.

The a..hole new Yorkers who fled NY to florida because of NY's high taxes and massive regulations brought their exact same attitudes with them that made NY into such a mess to start with, and are voting in the same sort of liberal stuff in FL as they voted for in NY. The fouled their nest in NY, fled because it's such a wretched hive of villainy and taxation, and are wasting no time doing the same thing to florida.
