Permanent visa (green card) holders can get legal driver’s license in all 50 states. But they are not US citizens. It is against federal law for non-citizens to vote in US elections. But do not hold your breath waiting for OBummer’s Justice dept. to prosecute anyone voting illegally.

We have no country if non-citizens can vote.

This past April, wifey had to make a physical appearance at the DMV for her license renewal photo....this was at the peak time when illegals were swarming the place due to it having become legal for them to get licensed.

I went with her, and the place was jammed with Mexicans....and each an every piece of paper had a "motor voter" registration attached.
