That cannot be, the USA Today headline said Hillary’s experience came through for her.

No, this can’t be. The media is unanimous Hillery won in a landslide.

Ha. Every poll I see reveals that dem watchers overwhelmingly felt Bernie won. Every left-wing media outlet, starting with the NYT, claims Hillary dominated. What little I saw was a bunch of old codgers yelling and screaming yet saying nothing of substance.

This will be a good case study in the mushiness of the brains of the rank and file on the left. Based on what they saw with their own eyes last night, the proletariat clearly believe Sanders won and Hillary was awful. Since this is a Sacramento poll, the participants were as reliably democrat as you can get.

Let’s see what happens in a week, after the socialist proletariat has been instructed by the Party Agitprop men that the official politically correct truth is that Hillary won. We’ll see if the poling results change.

“”WEBB””

You could sure tell that democrats don’t like to hear the truth. When he said that politicians in DC have armed security so why should they deprive citizens of the right to defend themselves, you could have heard a pin drop in that audience!

No - I didn’t watch the whole thing - I went back and forth and happened to catch that. I’d vote for him if I was a dem and he got the dem nomination. I would even consider him if the GOP candidates don’t come up with a better reason to vote for them.

He sure has a heck of a lot more experience going for him than any other creature on that stage who has just held down a government position of one kind or another their whole life.

Now all we need is Biden to enter the race and hear, “I was a U. S. Senator for 43 years” over and over.....

Jim Webb was the only one even remotely “presidential”. I heard “free” college, healthcare, family leave and maybe even “free” chocolate... but DemWits, didn’t BO also promise the same things??? Everything is free but freedom, which will be lost.

However, my personal fave was the always clueless Lincoln Chaffee... he definitely has the intellect to be a Democrat.

Who won? Trump says:

http://abcnews.go.com/Politics/donald-trump-praises-hillary-clintons-debate-performance/story?id=34464701

Donald Trump expressed praise today for Hillary Clinton’s debate performance Tuesday night,
telling ABC News that the front-running Democratic candidate “did what she had to do.”

“She got through it fine,” he said by phone this morning. “It was a very kind debate,
very gentle. She came out the winner.”

Listening to the radio broadcast real time, I was left with the impression that Jim Webb was the only sane person at the podium, but not necessarily presidential outside the Vegas venue.

He was like a passerby invited to speak before this group slowly realizing he’d found himself either in an asylum or a crime family stockholders meeting. Bizarre.

Bernie really IS where the Dem Base is now. God help us all.

I haven't looked at all these online polls by any means, but, of those I have, my observation is that the polls you'd expect to be dominated by the Dem base are more wildly pro-Sanders (83% here, for example). The Drudge poll would be expected to have more conservatives and moderates voting, and in it, Webb had some support, with Sanders down a bit (though still strong.)

This makes me think that while these polls are in no way scientific, they cannot be dismissed entirely.

In any event, you are correct on both counts. :-(

I actually think Webb won with his single answer about guns and the fact that all the rich anti-gun maggots (my wording) all have armies of armed security guards.

But I voted in this poll for Sanders.

I want to keep Sanders alive. I want a contest, not a coronation. Keep the dem voters from crossing over in the open primaries.
