Rush was talking about Hillary’s emails, and how she was using the phrase “Partisan Political Operatives” to try to discredit people asking about her emails. He was saying how he doesn’t remember hearing that specific phrase since the Rather document incident.
Rush actually first credited PowerLine and Little Green Football... then, came back later and gave the proper credit.
His staff are the ones to thank.

Be honest.
I was quite new on FR at that time and I watched, awestruck, as the collective intelligence of many FReepers combined to solve the problem of the typeset of the fraudulent documents! It is still one of the most amazing events I have witnessed.
Hollywood liberals present half-truths and outright lies about how it all went down, in a movie ironically called “Truth” but which is anything but. God knows and we know what really happened.
I heard it while driving. I wanted to honk my horn in celebration!!
