Anything a government does instantly gets “gamed.” Germany will spend the money but it won’t decrease the flood even by one person over not spending the money. It would be MUCH more effective to cut off all welfare payments. They’d leave in droves for greener pastures.
Ahh...I think, and hope, that many Greeks will consider Cyprus before they agree to this. The only effective solution here is for Europe to humanely repatriate these economic Islamic invaders to their homelands.
